It is open bodybuilding and fitness contest for sportmen also outside on Scandinavian countries and open for all different federations. 

There is own part for only finnish athletes and own part for international sportmen in  Vitabalans Nordic Open 2009 fitness- and bodybuilding contest.  

There is many classes and categories in this contest, so the athletes don't have to fit only for one model.

For example in women categories are for different kind of athletes (figure, fitness, body fitness, body). There is round for personal routine in fitness-, figure- and body-categories, but only in fitness-category we will judge the peronal-routine. There is not personal routine in Body fitness-category.

There is weight limits in men Fitness and Athletic categories. So we will limit the muscle mass in those categories. That is why also novice athletes can compete in categories for finnish sportmen.  The rules are same in all men categories (fitness, athletic and bodybuilding) Only muscle mass means the difference between those categories. All men in all categories will show their personal routine.

There is not money price in this contest. But if we will get good sponsors we will think about money prices also. Top three get medals and trophies, all get the diploms.

We wil make video from this contest, taking photos and it is possible also to show the contest in live-web or in TV.

There is not annual fee for international athletes.

This is pre-contest for all finnish athletes who will compete in other international contest this year 2009.
